    Yes Akademia focuses on cross-cultural, community development through empowerment programs with young people aged 15-35 from marginalized inner-city neighborhoods or rural areas. Participants improve leadership and organization skills via pedagogical workshops (in France and abroad) and civic engagement with local youth. In parallel, local participants gain the skills to independently continue these programs.
